Return Policy

Return and Exchange Policy



For return or exchange, customers must first email us at info@fish-faces.com or send message to our Whatsapp 6893 8391 within 3 days of receiving the goods to alert us of the damage. Photos of proof will be required along with related purchase receipt. Customers may also be required to return the damaged item to us for our Quality Assurance inspection. Upon receiving your email or Whatsapp message, our customer service will contact you to proceed your Return /Exchange.


We only accept return / exchange of good sunder the following conditions      


  • Wrong items
  • Missing of components
  • Product is damaged in transit /defective


Under the following circumstances, it is not eligible for return /exchange


  • The goods are delivered more than 7days
  • Free gift(s) and sample(s) are not eligible for return / exchange.


Fish Faces Co Ltd reserves the right to amend or terminate the above Policy without prior notice and have the final and binding determination in case of any dispute.

 In case of any discrepancy between the English and Traditional Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
